Made in the UK in the mid 50's , here is a vintage Kodak Brownie Cresta II camera .Not very common , and truly a collectible camera , the Cresta was one of the few modern kodaks to use 120 rollfilm , rather than the thinner spooled 620. So film is still readily available for this camera.It takes 12 6 X 6 negs on a roll , and would be an interesting camera to use.Nicely styled , wirth eye level viewfinder, it is actually an upscaled version of the (at the time) very popular Brownie 127 camera.This camera would make a great user for someone looking for the sort of results you get with a diana camera , but in this case you get more strength and reliability , and the collectability of being a scarce Kodak Brownie as well.!Just to make it a little more interesting and perhaps fun to try, I have added a flash whichl makes a great display, but have tested the flash with this camera , and it WORKS , and it comes with the batteries & flash bulbs which like all photo consumables are even scarcer than the camera , so you can try it if you wish..As I said, it has all been tested and it all works.The camera shutter is fine, the flash comes with batteries and the used flashbulb in the flash for display was actually fired in this flashgun by this cameraYou also get 5 UNUSED flashbulbs , Film is readily available at your local camera shop.Interesting just as a collectible, but you can actually play with this one-really I am selling lots of things ,from my collections of many years.
