The printer powers on and shows no error messages. The software looks to be complete. The unit also comes with a USB camera, Id Cards ,hole punch and printer cleaning package. T here is also a cover for the printer and a blue back drop. I purchased the unit as shown in the the photos. I have powered the printer up and have tested the camera.  I have no way to test the item any further and do not know if the software works.
