This timer compensates for fluctuations in light intensity due to temperature changes in the light source.  It uses a photocell to provide feedback about light intensity and compensates accordingly. It features three range timing-controls, a drydown control, lamp intensity control, sound level control, and a focus switch that bypasses the timer so you can adjust the enlarger.
