Zeff Photo makes every effort to fill your order correctly. In the event of an error, please contact us immediately. All returns require a return authorization. Return authorizations require a valid reason, such as the item not matching the item description in the auction listing, or undisclosed damage or defect. Requests for return authorizations must be made within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be returned in original their condition. That means all packaging and instructions clean and intact, with warranty cards unfilled on new equipment.
