Initially I had a P2 set: P2 front and P2 back. From experience I know that in practice, when you are working behind the camera composing, and changing the projection of the lens directed to the subject hitting the rear groundglass, you only use the rear movements of the camera, for two reasons: beause it's comfortably within reach, and because tilting or shifting the front lens holder almost always changes the whole composition and you have to relocate the whole camera again... an endless tiring story. Thus the heavy P2-front was only bulk weight unused 99% of the time im my case, so I replaced that bulk weight with two lighter F2 and F1 holders as sunshade support / extended bellows support for close works with the longer lenses. This set with only one P2 back provided all the necessary flexibility to take a photograph, within reasonable time. The movements of the blocks are solid, and stay in place. Each P2 movement is geared and precisely to be controlled. The back holder, fresnellglass and groundglass are indistinguishable from new!!!!!! This makes viewing your photographic scene a true joy, and gives this the same experience as viewing a new Sinar P2 set!! The F2 / F1 holder are in superb condition as well. All lenses come with their original both lenscaps and are always carried with both caps on. Don't buy lenses without lenscap(s). If you do, You are looking for trouble. All these lenses have not a single itch on the outer glass. The only variable thing is dust on the surface which is whiped with professional lens cloth. A few minutes after buying new lenses, dust is going to be there. From the very sharp pictures i've put online you can see the tiny dust particles sitting on the lensboard and lens, but this can be blown away. The lenses show only the tiniest signs of use on the Sinar metal plates and only a nifty nitwit will see this, not the photographers amongst us who want to use their gear occasionally, carefully and professionally. That having said, My lenses are absolutely free of surface scratches, cleaning marks, fingerprints, dents on the barrel, any form of bending pieces, or dents on any place caused by falls, fungus, coating issues due to uncarefull cleaning or cleaning with chemicals, internal coating issues, and any other matter which will make the lens render the photograph less than its intended performance. The custom designed case by PLASMAN has rubberized thick feet made of neopreen (kind of a diving suit), sothat it won't move when it is in the back of a car. 175 high resolution photos show this set in more detail than words ever can describe. Judge from what you see and draw your own conclusions about the aesthetical state. Although this will say nothing about the performance of this camera. I can assure you that all items have been checked carefully and fully functional. Because of their solid buildquality, all Sinar items are made to last. Very difficult to find malfunctional Sinar items on in general on eBay... These are the actual true items in my posession.
