Brings a distant subject up very close in maintaining the original superb image quality. HDP-9000EX lens is originally designed in high resolution formula getting an amazing 280L/mm resolution power at center.  It perfectly suits to a high definition camera. The lens comes with an originally made Lens Shade which shuts a flare and ghost image effect considerably and the lens case. These are packed with the lens in the carton together. With the HDP-9000EX lens attached, there will be no influence on F number of the master lens.● HDP-9000EX lens weighs 825g and it's rather bulky, and please support the lens by hand carefully in shooting, and dismount the lens after completing the shooting. With HDP-9000EX lens on, there will be a darkening at corners (vignetting) when the camera is zoomed towards wide angle side, though the starting point of darkening may vary depending on the camera in use. For example, with Sony HDR-FX1/HVR-Z1 it does not occur between 6x and 12x zoom area, With SONY HDR-FX7/HVR-V1 it does not occure between 5x and 20x zoom area, With SONY HVR-Z7/Z7E 12x zoom lens it does not occure between 8x and 12x zoom area, With Canon XL 1/XL 2, XL H1 20x zoom it will be between 6x and 20x zoom area, And with XH G1/XH A1 it will be between 13x and 20x zoom area. The 'vignetting' means the darkened corners on the picture, and it may happen with only at one corner or two or all four, depending upon the characteristics of the camera in use. ● Please note that the minimum shooting distance of the camera may extend three times when HDP-9000EX lens is attached on. ● There will be no influence on the original F number of the camera when HDP9000EX lens is on.
