The ultimate in manual control for the experienced photographer. The Rollei 35 SE is considered the very best of the Rollei 35 line of cameras. The camera on offer here is in good working order. I have used it recently and the resulting images were very good. The internal LED light meter is working fine and accurate. The shutter fires nicely at all speeds and all other camera functions are tested and working fine. Cosmetically this camera is is fairly good condition showing only faint signs of use and age. The Sonnar lens is free from any separation, haze or fungus. HOWEVER: the front element of the lens is covered in very fine scratches. These are not deep and only affect the lens coating. It appears a prior owner cleaned the lens a little too often - too zealously -  and didn't use a clean lens cloth. You can clearly see these scratches in some of the images here- although they look bad they do not seem to noticeably affect the images from the camera at all (marks on the foremost element have the least affect on image quality and this camera has very clean rear elements). Due to these scratches this camera is sold AS IS- No reserve!The Rollei 35 SE comes with original soft case and wrist strap. Also included is a film canister lid which makes a perfect lens cap.
