Description
Contact me first if you have less than 5 bids before bidding. I combine shipping where possible to save money for you. Wow, what a book! Not only what a book (from 1921) but some added bonus items as well! First, this 536 page hardback book is in EXCELLENT to even Near Mint condition, simply astounding.  The subject is Motion Picture Projection, back in the Silent days, and this books tells YOU how to be a projectionist. So much here, I'll just tell you some things I like: 1. Outdoor screen that is gigantic, made of wood, and I guess the first drive-in movie theatre. Really neato! 2. Some great, great film projectors, especially by Simplex, including Type S, Simplex Mazda, Type B, and maybe some more. 3. "Motion Picture Operators School Examination Paper" is a bonus, it was inside the book, and is what you should have learned from reading this book. Very rare! 4. This book has two book covers, one paper and one plastic, which is one reason it is in such good shape. What can I say? A great, great book in great, great condition.  Check my auctions for more Audiophile Premium Tubes, and rare books about Tube Electronics, Amplifiers, Loudspeakers, Western Electric and RCA gear!  Shipping is $4.80 for Air in the USA, or $12 via Air overseas, or $10 Air Canada...and I combine shipping to save you money.     Check my auctions for great items like this! No Reserve! Check, money order or my favorite, Paypal. Not responsible for items once they leave here...but they make it 99.5% of the time! But if it gets lost, it ain't my fault! All sales final unless I misdescribe something.  Overseas is fine. Check my feedback, the buyers are happy. For what it is worth, I have owned a vintage, tube based analogue 24-track studio for over 20 years...and yes, the vintage, tube and discrete electronics DOES sound much better than anything else! Learn all you can about vintage tube gear, it keeps going up in value!
