We sold it new to a customer approximately 1 1/2 years ago. He no longer needs this lens and wishes to sell it. The Canon 400mm f4 DO IS USM lens was introduced in 2001 and was an immediate hit with lovers of long glass. The diffractive optics allow this lens to be 26% shorter (233mm) and 36% lighter (1,930G) than previous models. This one comes with the hard case, lens hood and front and rear covers. The only thing I can find wrong with it are a couple of small scratches on the barrel (see pics). Glass is perfect and there are no dents or dings.
