The book is in good shape.  Several flaws include the binding is cracked on the outside at the bend, but is well connected from the inside.  Still very useable, not fragile.  There is some obvious water damage at the bottom through page IV-14.  It is not discolored, but a little wavy.  This does not affect useability.  This book is oversized and heavy.  It hold 8 x 11 pages.
