Pressing/Releasing the mode button selects your PIP display. 5 different mode displays total. Very Flexible, & smooth switching functions when changing modes, No screen glitches or video jumping normally found in the cheaper units.Cam 1 is always gonna be full screen when in PIP mode. Cam 2 would be in the right corner, then optional cam 3 in the left corner. Cam 4 would be the 4th square in quad mode(Bottom right). You can also split the screen in half side to side with cam 1, & cam 2. This quad has 2 outputs. 1 output that uses a 4 screen split all the time no matter what buttons are pressed, & the other output allows all the PIP functions.
