Please note the handling fee.  For local pick up handling fee still applicable..   Please read  Reference to two negative feed back on my account., I would like to explain circumstances that led to 2 negatives feed back , 1st  one a buyer from Japan receives the Camera and I contacted him for two months if he received the item. He finally answered and said he received it but did not test the camera. 30 days later he said the shutter speed is not accurate. He asked to give him 80% of the final bid as a partial refund. Camera was not main. I was asked from a good friend of main to sell it for him because he has no e Bay account and he is not computer literate. 　 Owner of Camera asked I recommended to the buyer to return the Camera and get full refund. I emailed him to return the Camera. 25 days later buyer sends me an email that he fixed the camera and request %80 of the final sales as a partial refund. I have seen some buyer play this trick and I have been a victim of it and gave them partial refund to buyer in order to solve the issue. I will refuse to provide anyone partial refund and I have 3 days return policy. The second negative feed back. Buyer refuse to pay world wide flat rate shipping and I give him full refund an hour after he refuse to pay flat rate. Item was re-listed. Two months later he leaves me negative feed back even he did not buy the item. Unfortunately we are living in a world with many strange personality. Recent rules from e Bay does not allow seller to leave negative feed back therefore system is getting abused. Selling on e Bay is not my profession and Also I am an active buyer. I fully understand how it feels to buy and item that has not been described accurately. If I don’t like to be a victim therefore I don’t let others to be one. Since I started on e Bay, I have no negative feed back from selling for all the time I have been buying and selling on e Bay . These two feedback’s one involved a Camera and one watch. Both clearly described all the conditions. I personally feel that the e Bay feedback system as it exists now is unfair, biased, and out of control. As results, I prefer to only deal with responsible, sensible buyers. If you intend to cause me difficulties post action with petty complaints and feedback extortion, please do not bid on my auctions. I reserve the right to cancel any bids from those buyers who like leave sellers negative feedback simply over simple issues because they know they can get away with it with e Bay new feed back rules. 　 If there is a real issue after you receive the item, I will work with you as I always have, If I have made an error or oversight I will accept return for full refund.
