It was machined by Douglas Underdahl of Long Valley Equipment (Doug made the first Nikon RED adaptor debuted on Reduser).  Although it is possible to have Oct-19 Lenses converted to PL mount, Matthew Duclos of Duclos Lenses has stated publicly that, “individual PL mount conversion is far too time consuming”.   With this single adaptor, all you have to do is install the adaptor to the camera, and you can start shooting.  Please note: I have only one Oct-19 RED ONE Adaptor for sale, but I am selling more than one lens set, so the adaptor is first come first serve.
