Description
16 Channel Digital Radio Slave Flash Trigger ( Extra receivers are avalable with free shipping. Please send e-mail for detail. ) 16 Channel Radio Slave Flash Trigger / 50m (150 ft) slave range DIP switch for easy channel selection --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The transmitter uses one 23A 12V photo battery (included) rated at 20,000 flashes. It works well with Canon D series, Canon Rebel, Nikon D70, D100, etc. The receiver takes two AAA 1.5V Alkaline batteries (not included), rated at 30,000 flashes. It works well with Bowens, Alen Bees, Elinchrom and Courtenay flash, etc. Not compatible with H-prong receptacle in connection. IMPORTANT: this unit renders malfunction if Ni-MH 1.2V rechargeable batteries are being used. The receiver has a standard 1/4" phone jack plug for monolights with 1/4" jack-plug socket connector and other studio flashes of the same type. This is the most common connection for studio strobes. *********************************************** The receiver also comes with one 1/8" (3mm) pc sync plug converter which is designed for use with studio flash that use this type of connection such as Britek HS-2000. __________________________________________________________________________________________ The receiver has a female pc sync socket and you may use the included 12" pc sync cord to connect the receiver with any type of hot shoe flash that has a pc sync socket. See photo below. ************************************************************************** EXCEPTION: These Nikon flashes: SB-23, SB-24, SB-28, SB-600, SB-800, etc., some do not have a pc sync socket and some do have one but the 12" pc sync cord included in the radio slave kit does not work ( though the size fits ) with the flash's pc socket. They need a hot shoe adapter. For hot shoe flashes that do not have a pc sync socket such as Canon 420EX, a hot shoe adapter is needed for the connection. Seller sells the adapter (not listed on eBay) at low price with free shipping . Send email to seller for detail. ================================================================ Easy connection: put the transmitter on camera's hot shoe and insert the receiver' plug into a flash unit's sync receptacle. Bingo! it goes. One transmitter can trigger many receivers so long as they are within effective slave range. Receivers must be about 5 ft apart with each other in order to avoid mutual interference if you are using more than one receivers. Extra receivers are avalable with free shipping. Please send e-mail for detail. IMPORTANT: The receiver can be used with any portable hot shoe flash unit that has a pc sync socket. However, if your portable flash does not have a pc sync socket you may use a hot shoe adapter for hot shoe connection instead. Seller sells the adapter (not listed on eBay) at low price with free shipping. Send email to seller for detail. EXCEPTION: These Nikon flashes: SB-23, SB-24, SB-28, SB-600, SB-800, etc., some do not have a pc sync socket and some do have one but the 12" pc sync cord included in the radio slave kit does not work (though the size fits) with the flash's pc socket. They need a hot shoe adapter. ------------------------------------------------------------------- This auction contains the following items in the manufacturer's original box: 1. one transmitter/sender, 2. Two triggers/receivers, 3. Two 1/8" (3mm) plug converters, and 4. one 12" pc sync cord which is for camera that does not have a hot shoe but has a pc sync socket on camera body. Connect one end of this cord to the camera pc sync socket and the other end to the sync socket on the side of the transmitter. Slave effective range: 50 meters / 150 feet. Frequency: 433 MHZ. Output power: < 2mW. ( BTW, it works around corners and through walls without barriers.) Trigger voltage: less than 6V, safe to all modern film and digital cameras. ( BTW, safe flash trigger voltage for modern new camera is 12 Volts for all brand except Canon which is less than 6V .) Shutter sync speed up to 1/1000 second (BTW, Nikon d100 syncs at 1/180, canon 10d syncs at 1/200 and Nikon d70 syncs at 1/500.) ___________________________________________ Buyer has 14 days examination period for free replacement or 100% refund, you get back the total amount that you pay if not 100% satisfied. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost without exception. One year manufacturer's warranty. Any questions, please use " Ask seller a question" link on upper right corner of this auction page. Seller does not ship to Italy. _____________________________________ NOTES: *The digitally encoded radio signal is extremely reliable, unlike the common analog radio signal which is apt to radio interference such as cellular phones, pagers and cordless microphones which are often the case in a wedding party. The encoded radio signal assures interference-free reception. It works indoors and outdoors, around corners and through walls. With this transmitter mounted on your camera, when you release the shutter, the signal is sent and the receiver receives/decodes the signal and triggers a remote flash/strobe/power pack to which it is attached, even if it is in the next room! As the transmitter's output power is so low at less than 2 mW, this radio slave will not cause interference to any other electronical devices and the triggering voltage is so low at under 6V that it is safe to all modern cameras.
