This head has a sliding quick release plate (plate comes with spare camera attachment screws underneath), independent pan lock, bubble level, tilts +90 degrees -60 degrees, and has two removable tilt/pan handles. The heavy duty 3192 legs are the black anodized aluminum version of the silver colored 3191 legs. Features include a 100mm ball leveler, quick-flip lever locks, and retractable spiked feet. Also included are a Bogen mid-level spreader and a heavy duty Bogen carry case with shoulder strap. I purchased this Bogen/Manfrotto support system brand new many years ago and only used it a couple of times with a Sony MiniDV camcorder. Head and legs are both in outstanding condition (see pix).
