These were export models made in Japan for the World market. They feature multi-voltage 50/ 60 Hertz operation. This unit is loaded with all the bells and whistles you could want: Autoload, Optical/ Magnetic Sound Playback, Volume, Bass and Treble controls, 18/ 24 FPS, Forward, Reverse, Still Operation, Automatic Loop Restorer, Internal and External Cover Speakers.  This 1694 is clean inside and out. The white Worm Gear is not cracked. The unit is fully operational.   Please note that this is Vintage equipment and being mechanical may not meet the exact original factory specifications, may require some adjustment and/ or need lubrication.
