This B+W 77mm ND 502 Graduated neutral density (split) filter is designed to strike an exposure balance between bright and dark areas of an image, such as scenery with a bright sky and darker landscape. The filter is clear on one half and has a gradual neutral gray on the other half. At its darkest level, it will cut the exposure by two stops (25 percent transmission) and it can be rotated for the optimum effect.
