Tally Light: Bright green LED located on right hand pistol grip flashes when camera is recording. Viewfinder: X2 magnification, adjustable focus, viewfinder tilted 20° for full-frame viewing through face mask. Special Features Mini-Connector: (pluggable underwater) Compact underwater connector provided with housing for convenient plug-in of video-out for external electronic viewfinder or for surface umbilical viewing/recording. Auto/Manual Aperture Control A mechanical aperture control knob is located under the left-hand pistol-grip. Depressing the centre of this knob engages the camera aperture into auto or manual iris mode and rotating the knob opens or closes the iris. This is an ideal way to expose natural underwater conditions. Camera Docking Tray: Unique design provides for easy camera installation. Video Light Controls: Two push-buttons and two LED’s located on left pistol grip control the optional mini-pro lights via an infrared port on the underside of the housing. Manual White Balance Control: The VH-1000 has been designed with a push-button underwater white balance control for the serious videographer.
