Q. What kind of warranty is offered? A. All items include a 30 day warranty unless specified in the auction description as being sold “as is”, untested, or for parts. Item can only be returned if there is a verifiable functional problem not stated in the auction description - not simply because you don’t want it. Q. What happens if the gear arrives with shipping damage? A. The Broadcast Baron takes meticulous care in packaging the items it ships and each item will be fully insured. However, in the unlikely event that shipping damage does occur, you will not be held financially responsible. The item will either be refunded, replaced, or repaired at our discretion. Regardless of whether the shipping company eventually pays us or not on the insurance claim, we honor the 30 day warranty. The only stipulation is that you must fully cooperate with the insurance claim and save all the original packaging. Otherwise, warranty is void for shipping damage issues. Q. Do you sell to international buyers? A. Yes, but not every item we sell can ship to every country. Payment must be done before shipment or at the time of pickup/delivery (if transaction is done in person). Paypal is accepted only if it says so in Ebay's payment methods section below the auction description. The flat shipping rate listed in each auction is the maximum you can expect to pay for FEDEX ground service to the 48 states. If actual shipping charges turn out to be signficantly less than this amount, you will receive an appropriate discount. We do not want you to overpay for shipping. Or if you desire, shipping can be billed to your UPS/FEDEX/DHL account and we will discount the shipping charge to zero. USPS has different dimensional restrictions for different countries. It may turn out that your item, once packaged, is too large to use USPS service. Also, some items are too valuable to be able to be fully insured by USPS (also this varies by country). If this is the case, you will be given the option to use FEDEX instead and given an appropriate quote for FEDEX international costs. You are also welcome to use any international shipping company of your choice, so long as you pay actual costs for that service. International shipping prices vary greatly depending on your location.
