These are included and built in the Giottos P Pod. Features Quick Release and 2-way fluid head: Its integral quick release pan head allows the camera to be instantly attached and detached. Releasing the tilt lock allows 180 degrees of movement, with the full 90 degree position allowing rapid and controlled change from portrait to landscape mode. Accessory feet stored in the column: Simply unscrewing the rubber foot reveals the storage compartment for the accessory feet. Tripod: Withdrawing the three accessory feet and fitting them to the mounting points in the foot turns the monopod into a free-standing tripod.
